Can you please tell me why can't you give me a refund for this unauthorized order 338283****. It's very clear that I did not purchase this order.
I don't understand why you're giving me a hard time. This order was under a different name and different email so it's clearly I did not make this order. I have called many times and every time I was told a supervisor would call me and nobody has called me. Please forward this message to a supervisor and have them call me (909) 757-****.
I also called this number (616-787-****) and spoke with Casey Berkeley. He told me to keep calling until a supervisor calls me.

Register a new IBO
I need to talk to somebody... I ll try to register 2 more new IBOs...but this persons were registered like a clients in the past...not in my business...now they want to be part of my line...and I can not register them because...in the web said ...this email and this phone number is already used...please contact me ASAP...is not easy to get new IBOs...and now is NOT easy to register them!

Id like to be referred to legal department . My bonus checks have not been sent to me the way that my agreement and stipulation stated in my divorce back in 2002 for some reason three years ago they have decided to change on their own where to send my checks.
Because there has been a situation arise with my bonus checks I would like to have them redirected back to me personally and sent to me.
Personally, I have the agreement that I can send to legal, however I believe the company has the whole divorce agreement in file.
I built the business to crown with my partner. I believe this needs to be expedited as soon as possible.

I would return the order with proof that I had done so (otherwise, they will lie and say they never received it) and I would dispute the charge with my bank. Make sure you have the proof you need to show your bank you did not place the order and have returned it.
Finally, get away from Amway as fast possible. They are the absolute worst mlm there is in a lot of people's opinions!
